“Prestige Competitions”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Prestige Competitions, the operator of this website and the promoter of the competitions displayed on it.

• Competition-specific details, including prize information and closing dates, are displayed on the relevant competition page.
• These Terms apply to all competitions unless a particular competition states additional rules.

By entering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to participate. Where required, you may be asked to provide proof of identity and/or age.

• We reserve the right to refuse or void entries where eligibility requirements are not met.
• Entries may be void if details provided are false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.

When you purchase entries, payment is processed at checkout and entries are allocated to you for the selected competition. Your entry confirmation will be shown in your order details and/or via email confirmation.

• Each entry represents one chance to win in the stated competition.
• Entry limits may apply per person/per household (e.g., 750 entries) unless specified otherwise on the competition page.

Competitions close on the advertised closing date/time, unless they sell out earlier.

• If the competition sells out early: we may bring the draw forward and announce the updated draw time/date.
• If the competition does not sell out: the draw still goes ahead at the closing date/time using sold entries only. Unsold entries are not included in the draw.

The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently. We intend to run the draw live and, where applicable, use a physical ticket drum machine.

• Draw details (date/time) are displayed on the competition page and may also be announced on our social channels.
• The winner will be the valid entry drawn during the draw.
• We may re-draw if the winning entry is invalid due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or payment reversal.

Winners will be contacted using the details provided at checkout and/or announced during the live draw.

• Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
• We may request proof of identity to confirm the winner.
• Prize delivery or collection instructions will be provided after verification.

Entry purchases are generally non-refundable once allocated, except where required by law or where we cancel a competition.

• If a competition is cancelled, affected entrants will be contacted regarding next steps.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent activity may result in entries being void and accounts being restricted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the version that applies at the time of your entry.

• We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control (for example, payment provider outages or connectivity issues).
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
