Payments

Payments are taken through Shopify secure checkout. You can complete your purchase using the payment options shown at checkout, including standard debit and credit cards and other available methods such as PayPal where enabled.

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your entries are recorded against your order, and your purchase is treated as final except where UK consumer law requires otherwise.

Winners are announced via our live draw and then shared afterwards across our official social channels. If you win, we will also contact you directly using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery of prizes

If you win, we will confirm your identity and delivery details before dispatch. Prizes are delivered to the winner by post or courier, or arranged personally for local winners where practical.

Delivery times depend on the prize type, availability, and your location. We will keep you updated during the process and confirm when your prize has been sent or scheduled for hand delivery.

If you are nearby, we may be able to deliver personally by arrangement.
