Entries and checkout

How do I enter a competition?
Choose your number of entries on the competition page, answer the skill question where required, then complete checkout. As soon as payment is successful, your entries are recorded for the draw.
How do I know that I am entered?
You will see an on screen confirmation at checkout and you will receive an order confirmation email. That order confirmation is your proof of purchase and entry record.
Do I need an account to enter?
No. You can enter as a guest at checkout. If you create an account, it simply makes future checkout faster.
Can I buy more than one entry?
Yes. You can choose multiple entries using the entry selector and you can also choose bundles where available. A maximum entry cap applies per customer per competition.
Is there a maximum number of entries?
Yes. Each competition has a maximum entries limit per customer. This is shown on the competition page and your cart is protected so you cannot exceed the limit.
What is the skill question and why do I need to answer it?
The skill question is a simple multiple choice question used to support fairness and compliance. You must answer correctly in order to enter through the entry selector when it is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are shown at checkout. This typically includes major debit and credit cards and other available methods such as PayPal where enabled on the store.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled through secure payment providers. We do not store full card details and you will receive an order confirmation for your records.

Draws and winners

How are winners chosen?
Winners are selected fairly from valid entries for the relevant competition. The draw is conducted using a physical ticket draw drum during a live draw where possible, and results are shared clearly afterwards.
Where can I watch the live draw?
We announce draw details on our social channels and we host the live draw on our official account. If you miss the live, the outcome will be posted afterwards.
How will I be contacted if I win?
We will contact the winner directly using the email address and or phone number provided at checkout. We also publish the results through our official channels so entrants can see the outcome.
How quickly will winners be contacted?
We aim to contact winners as soon as possible after the draw. If we cannot reach you immediately, we will keep trying using the contact details provided at checkout.
What happens if the competition sells out early?
If a competition sells out before the stated closing date, we may bring the draw forward and announce the updated draw date and time.
What happens if all tickets are not sold by the closing date?
The draw still goes ahead on the closing date. Only sold entries are included in the draw. Unsold entries remain unsold and are not included.
Can the closing date change?
The closing date is displayed on the competition page. If a competition sells out early, the draw may be brought forward and this will be announced. Any changes will be communicated clearly.
Can I see proof that the draw is real?
We aim to keep draws transparent through live video, clear results posting, and entry records tied to orders. If you have questions about a specific draw, contact us and we will help.

Prizes and delivery

When do I receive the prize if I win?
After the draw, we contact the winner to confirm details and arrange delivery. Delivery times depend on the prize type, availability, and location. We keep you updated from confirmation to dispatch.
How is the prize delivered?
Prizes are delivered by post or courier, or arranged personally for local winners where practical. The delivery method will be confirmed with the winner before dispatch.
Do you deliver internationally?
Delivery availability depends on the competition and the prize. If international delivery is available, it will be communicated during winner contact. If you are unsure, contact us before entering.
Do I have to pay delivery costs?
Delivery expectations are explained on the competition page or during winner contact. In most cases we arrange delivery for the winner. If there are special circumstances, we will communicate them clearly.
What if the prize is damaged in transit?
If a prize arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve it depending on the delivery method and the circumstances.
Can I choose a cash alternative?
Any cash alternative option will be stated on the competition page. If it is not stated, the prize is awarded as described.
Can I transfer my prize to someone else?
This depends on the prize and verification requirements. We will discuss options with the winner during the prize confirmation stage.

Orders, refunds, and support

Can I cancel my entries after purchase?
Entry purchases are generally final because they are tied to a competition entry record. If you believe there has been a genuine mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation in line with UK law and our terms.
I made a mistake in my email or phone number. What do I do?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct details. We will update the contact details we use for winner contact.
What if my payment fails?
If payment fails, you will not be entered. Try again using a different payment method or contact your bank or payment provider. If you need help, contact us.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. Am I entered?
First check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout. We will help confirm your order and entry.

Is my data safe?
We use secure systems for checkout and handle personal data responsibly. We only use your details for order processing, entry records, winner contact, and essential communication.
